How We Work — Our Methods & Controls

Behind every clean is a procedure — RAMS, PPE sequence, controlled equipment introduction and zone-based execution.

01

Capabilities

01

Data-Hall Cleaning

We address every surface contributing to particulate circulation: raised-floor, cabinet exteriors, soffits, ducts, cable trays. All performed with antistatic PPE and controlled movement paths.

02

Laser-Enabled Decontamination

For steel infrastructure, corrosion points and areas where mechanical abrasion risks fibres or particulate release. Laser systems remove buildup without friction.

03

Commissioning Cleans

Before the first server arrives, we conduct staged cleans in sync with MEP milestones to protect airflow and hardware integrity.

04

Incident Response

Emergency team mobilisation within agreed SLA. Reporting includes pre-/post-readings, visual documentation and zone remediation log.

05

Scheduled Maintenance Cycles

Preventative cleaning aligned with UPS service, HVAC filter changes and battery maintenance windows.

06

Radioactive Decontamination

Surface-level remediation of low-grade radioactive residues within controlled spaces, often automated and performed remotely.

Featured Projects

01

Dairy Product Manufacturing Plant

One of Europes largest dairy processing plants required large scale rust removal across 5 live floors. The floors were then deep cleaned and recoated.

02

Radioactive Contaminant Removal in Pipework

We deployed an automated laser cleaning and particle collection system with extreme filtration efficiency to help a Fortune 100 company remove radioactive dust and impregnated steel contamination.

03

Regular Contract Data Hall Cleaning

In routine service cycles, contamination often enters from staff corridors and plant access routes. By also addressing communal spaces and controlled thresholds we stop dust migration toward IT environments and reducing filter strain.

04

Satelite Manufacturing in Aerospace

Damage to a lifting system in a satellite manufacturing laboratory lead to dust contamination. The lab was isolated, laser cleaning was deployed to solve the root cause and the lab was deep cleaned without interruption to the wider facility.

05

Multi-Site Maintenance Programme (UK-Wide)

Centralised FM coordination managing monthly cleans across multiple large data halls and smaller server/plant rooms at a global bank - London and Southern UK.

06

Structural Steel Refurbishment – Live Facility

Targeted paint and rust removal on structural steel to prevent shedding and conductive dust contamination, contained and collected using HEPA LEV.
